Where do I find my licence key?
Sign in to My Account and open the Licence Keys section. Your order email may also include your licence information.
How do I activate a plugin?
Install BeaconCodeworks Core and your purchased plugin, then open BeaconCodeworks → Licences in WordPress. Enter the licence key and activate it for that website.
Can I move my licence to another website?
Deactivate the licence on the old website first. You can then activate it on the replacement website, subject to the activation limit attached to your plan.
What happens when my licence expires or is suspended?
The licensed plugin stops operating until a valid licence is restored. Your saved settings and records remain in the WordPress database and become available again after reactivation.
How do updates work?
Customers with an active licence receive eligible plugin updates through WordPress. Back up your website before installing updates.
How do I request a refund?
Review our Refund Policy and contact us from the email address used for the order. Include your order number and the reason for the request.
