Terms of Service
The terms that apply when you access BeaconCodeworks websites, purchase products, or use our software.
Last updated: July 23, 2026
1. Agreement and eligibility
By accessing our website, creating an account, purchasing a product, or using BeaconCodeworks software, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies referenced here. You must have legal capacity to enter into this agreement and provide accurate account and billing information.
2. Software licences
Purchases provide a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to install and use the applicable software according to the purchased plan. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publicly share, reverse engineer, remove licensing controls, or use a licence key beyond its permitted activation limit.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Monthly and annual plans renew automatically until cancelled, unless the checkout page states otherwise. You authorize the applicable payment processor to charge the payment method on file. Prices, taxes, currency, renewal dates, and billing frequency are shown during checkout.
4. Lifetime plans
A lifetime licence means access for the commercial life of the applicable product, not the lifetime of the purchaser or any guaranteed number of years. It does not guarantee that a product, integration, third-party platform, or service will remain available indefinitely.
5. Licence enforcement
Our software may communicate with our licensing service to activate, validate, suspend, revoke, or deactivate licence keys. A missing, expired, suspended, revoked, invalid, or over-limit licence may cause the applicable plugin to stop operating. We do not intentionally delete stored customer data when a licence becomes invalid.
6. Updates and support
Updates and support are provided according to the active plan and may require a valid licence. Customers are responsible for backups, staging tests, compatible hosting, WordPress maintenance, and third-party software compatibility.
7. Acceptable use
You may not use our products or services unlawfully, interfere with our systems, attempt to bypass security or licensing, introduce malicious code, abuse support channels, or violate the rights of others.
8. Third-party services
Our products may interact with WordPress, WooCommerce, Stripe, hosting providers, and other third-party products. Those services are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party outages, changes, fees, security, or discontinuation.
9. Intellectual property
BeaconCodeworks and its licensors retain all ownership rights in the software, website, branding, documentation, designs, and related materials. No rights are granted except those expressly stated in these terms.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Products and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BeaconCodeworks will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages. Our aggregate liability relating to a claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the affected product during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Termination
You may stop using the services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, abuse, unlawful conduct, security risk, violation of these terms, or misuse of licence keys.
12. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The revised date will appear above. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
